started developing claims scrubbers and interfacing our systems to Practice Management
Systems but we found this methodology inappropriate:

Files structures were incompatible

We forced to interface NSF or ANSI formats having to scrub
information after claims were
generated and ready for submission to carriers

Our periodic UPDATES had to be distributed directly to users
because our systems were not compatible to the various Practice Management systems
using our claims scrubbers.
We made a decision to discontinue the development, distribution and support of after-the-fact
claims scrubbers
Because
It makes sense for software developers to create their own Private Label Scrubber
Practice Management
Systems companies can develop their own claims scrubbers:

to Medicare and AMA guidelines.

design and implementation of integrated claims scrubbers

the private label scrubbers with the latest data and coding guidelines

Several validations and corrections will take place while
data is inputted into the Practice Management Software (PMS)

UPDATES can be distributed directly from PMS’ distribution

needed to meet the industry standards.
